[Discover] Add action to `select all` documents #175943

Describe the feature:

This is a feature request for adding a 'select all' UX to Discover. Currently you can only select one document at time.

The paradigm we've been using within Security Solution has been a header checkbox for selecting the current page, and then a select all utility bar action for selecting all across all pages, e.g.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

I was looking to export all documents from a search as JSON (my query returned less than 500 docs), and noticed that there was this new Copy documents to clipboard (JSON) action, but couldn't find a way to select all the documents.
