Missing/wrong links for the FileBeats/MetricBeats installation tutorials in Overview Page #176209

Kibana version: main

Describe the bug: Opening the Observability Overview Page, in the EmptySections the tutorial links to install Filebeats and Metricbeats are pointing to the Integration browse page and not to a tutorial section as the link seems to point to: tutorial_directory/logging and tutorial_directory/metrics

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an Obs CCS cluster, open the Obs Overview page
  2. click on one of the Install Filebeats or Install MetricBeats
  3. instead of bringing the user to a tutorial, it brings it to the browse page of the integrations.

Expected behavior: Both should points to their respective tutorial/installation wizards.
