[Fleet]: Description for integrations is not completely visible under Agent Details page and tooltip is also not available. #176271

Kibana Build details:

VERSION: 8.13.0 SNAPSHOT
BUILD: 71308
COMMIT: 3ef1e76667a9473c1bf31b2cc7176c4f8311ea54

Host OS: All

Preconditions:

  1. 8.13.0 Snapshot kibana cloud environment should be available.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Agents tab.
  2. Click on the Hosted agent>Agent Details
  3. Navigate to Fleet Server Integration.
  4. Click on the expand icon on Fleet Server integration.
  5. Observe that description for integrations is not completely visible under Agent Details page and tooltip is also not available.

Expected Result: Description for integrations should be completely visible under Agent Details page. Further, tooltip should be available when description is too long.
