[ESQL] display meta data about shards and clusters for CCS requests #176556

_search API returns Cluster Statistics. This meta data is used to populate Inspector "Clusters and shards" explorer (see screen shot below). ESQL requests to _query should return similar meta data that needs to forwarded to Inspector and shaped into Cluster Statistics so the same view is available for ESQL requests.

Thanx Nathan, we need this information from ES so if I am not mistaken this task is blocked atm. Am I missing something?
