[ObsUx] [Infra] Fix Hosts view table responsiveness #176607

Summary

The hosts table on the hosts view is not responsive:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Infrastructure > Hosts
  2. Try to resize the screen and check the table

Expected behavior:

It should behave similarly to APM tables:
