[Console] Remove not available autocomplete definitions #176720

When using the script to generate Console autocomplete definitions, there are some endpoints that are already added to the specification repo but are not yet available in either stateful or serverless. These endpoints files are not needed to be loaded into Console and should be filtered out by the script.
