[Lens] Secondary Color Flyout Stacking On Primary Config Flyout At Small Viewport Sizes #176827

I noticed that the current edit color secondary flyouts are stacking with the contents of the parent primary configuration flyouts at small viewport sizes (see screenshot below). Instead, this secondary flyout should continue to cover the primary flyout (as it does at larger viewport sizes).
