[SLO] Group by Top Level SLO #177474

We should add "Group by Top Level SLO", which would display the top level SLO with all the instance id's underneath.

How about we display in the SLO detail page a dropdown with the instance ids next to the group by badge? Similar to Synthetics in the attached screenshot. When user selects the instance id, the detail page gets refreshed accordingly.

I like the idea of having two drop downs:

Related SLOs (with the same instance id)
Related Instance Ids (with the same slo.id)
It would be awesome to show either the current SLI or an color denoting violated vs healthy.
We need to consider the multi-group by as well

Few things changed since this ticket was opened. I think the idea now is to provide a quick dropdown list of the related instanceId for a given SLO when on the SLO Details page. We could decide to sort them by 1h burn rate, and also have some quick indicator around their status, sli value, burn rate. This list should be searchable. We need to handle single group vs many group instances displayed in the list.
