[Security Solution]Assignee logo is cut from the bottom on Alerts table

Describe the bug:

• Assignee logo is cut from the bottom not a complete circle as it is shown in alerts details page.

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

VERSION: 8.13.0
BUILD: 71738

• Kibana should be running
• Alert should be present with assignee

Steps to reproduce

• Navigates to alerts tab.
• Assignee logo of a alert is cut from the bottom
• Now click on the alert details icon of the same alert
• observe that assignee logo is shown as a complete.

• N/A

Current Result

• Assignee logo is cut from the bottom not a complete circle as it is shown in alerts details page.

Expected Result

• Assignee logo should be shown complete .
