[SLOs] [APM] In-app creation of APM SLOs #178450

Kibana version: 8.14.0

Describe the feature: We currently have a callout promoting the APM indicators in APM that looks like this.

Now that we have the ability to create an SLO in a flyout, we should allow for in-app creation of the SLI.

The form values should be pre-populated with filters relevant to the current service.

It's unclear to me if there's a "Create SLO" anywhere else in the app. It would be ideal to do a quick search of users of the SLO locator to identify other areas where APM is linking to SLOs, and allow for in-app SLO creation in those locations as well.

You mean in APM app?

@kpatticha Yes in APM. It is currently only shown in the callout which is dismissed after the first SLO is created. I think we would need your design lead to tell us where we could add the trigger to the SLO flyout from the APM app.
