[Serverless observability] Settings->AI Assistant for Observability Settings page displays Go to Spaces #178459

Browser version: chrome latest

Describe the bug: Settings->AI assistant for observability settings page displays Go to spaces link which is clickable and nothing happens as spaces don't exist yet in serverless world.

Is it possible to remove this part of the page? Thanks!

Update: Spaces will be enabled for Observability Serverless GA. We need to make sure the link will work in that environment as well.
