[Connectors][Jira] Validate user input in the custom fields UI #179242

Connected to #176919

Summary

In #177011 we added the possibility to define values for "other fields" when creating issues via the Jira API.

177287 we added the corresponding UI.

We should now introduce UI validation for the fields the user is trying to set.

We need to validate the keys in the otherFields object against what is returned from the Jira API.
