Data quality dashboard in 8.12 is misreporting api/library as not supported ECS fields in event.category Steps to reproduce: Load up data quality dashboard on 8.12

@andrew-goldstein @semd @angorayc please see this issue, I wonder if it's happening because of the change we made to retrieve the latest ECS version? Please advise.
