[Observability AI Assistant] Add screen context to Observability UIs

We should add screen context for the Observability UIs so users can interact with the content more naturally. When trying to figure out what screen context to add, one option is to think about what is needed from the page to be able to use some of the built-in Assistant functions (like query or visualize_query).
