[Security Solution] `Save and Replace` option in Lens navigates to Get Started page on security instead of navigating to `Editing new dashboard` page.

Describe the bug Save and Replace option in the Lens, application navigate to Get Started Page where, it should navigate to Editing new dashboard page so that user can continue working on creating/editing the Dashboard.

Preconditions

1. Kibana v8.14.0 must be available.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Security -> Dashboards.
2. Click on Create Dashboard.
3. Under Editing new dashboard page, click on Add from Library.
4. Add a Panel to Dashboard ( here Bytes Timeline [Filebeat NATS] ECS ).
5. Click on ... for more option of Bytes Timeline [Filebeat NATS] ECS panel and select Convert to Lens option.
6. Modify Lens fields and click on Save and Replace option.
7. Observe that, Save and Replace option in the Lens, application navigate to Get Started Page where, it should navigate to Editing new dashboard page so that user can continue working on creating/editing the Dashboard.

Actual Result Save and Replace option in Lens navigates to Get Started page on security instead of navigating to Editing new dashboard page.

Expected Result Save and Replace option in Lens should navigates to Editing new dashboard page instead of navigating to Get Started page on security.
