[Lens] Allow open-ended custom domain #180545

Describe the feature:

Provide a way to describe open-ended domains: this allows the user to specify a minimum domain without a maximum. With the log scale case, this will enable them to set a min that is more appropriate to their needs without the need of touching the max value too.
