[Observability AI Assistant] UX for public conversations

The Assistant alert connector creates public conversations, as there is no user as such in this background process. Public here means that anyone can access - and currently continue or delete the conversation. We should think about how we want to handle this. Some options:

• add a badge to a conversation that says it public
• require users to copy it or automatically create a copy when they continue the conversation
• someone should be able to delete it, but should everyone be able to delete it?
• require a user when configuring the connector

Public here means that anyone can access - and currently continue or delete the conversation.

Does it also mean that it shows up in the conversation list for everyone? Or only that they can access it if they know the conversation id?
