Summary:

Whenever there are changes to a case the user can click Update Incident to push these changes to the external system he configured.

If there is a change to the tags of a case this can be pushed to an IBM Resilient connector but these changes will not be reflected anywhere.

Expected Behaviour

Changing tags in a case will not prompt the user to Update Incident if the tags are not visible in the external system.

This applies to IBM Resilient. There might be others.
