[SecuritySolution] Alerts count "filter in" cell action adds an incorrect filter #181120

Describe the bug:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a rule and go to alerts page.
  2. Click on Counts in the visualization
  3. Filter on a value of Cout of host.name. It adds a filter with host.name: {COUNT}. It should be host.name: *
