Describe the bug: show top modal overlap with create case in timeline fly-out

precondition

• FF need to enabled in kibana instance

Steps to reproduce

• Create or open a timeline
• click view details to open alert fly out inside timeline
• perform show top action on any field
• click on three dot and then add to new case
• Observed that show top modal still appears on add to new case modal

Current Result

• show top modal overlap with create case in timeline fly out

Expected Result

• show top modal should not overlap with create case in timeline fly out
