Bring back "toggle field details" in discover document view #181568

Describe the feature:

Describe a specific use case for the feature: Currently, you have to scroll a lot in the new document view if a field is huge (because of stacktrace, for example). We want to bring back the option “Toggle field details” for big field in the new layout view

Which is a trade of https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/80799

Now we expand the field on the right side, but we have no option to reduce the size 8.12.2

The goal would be able to have the toggle option in the new UI

Thx for reporting! FYI @andreadelrio since it's relevant for upcoming iteration of the DocViewer, and we were already talking about it
