[ML] Add ability to create field statistics table (ES|QL or non-ES|QL) directly in Dashboard #181904

Describe the feature: Currently, the field statistics table can be added via a saved search from Discover. A great enhancement would be able to have the table as one of the panel options so users can directly add the table.
