Unify onboarding experiences: System and Custom logs #184193

To be consistent we should offer the same look and feel for ingest data experiences coming from the new Add data page. I prepared two designs for system and custom logs.

I would rather not change the onboarding UX of the Integrations that already exist, as we need to consider Fleet as well. There are some Obs. users who will continue to rely on Fleet.

This is not about changing the experience of current flows. It's only about aligning the layout and be consistent with the rest of the new experiences we worked on.
