[Observability Onboarding] Stateful and Add data page experience improvements

In order to improve the Add data experience in stateful by using the new Add data page, we need to apply the following changes:

Overview page

[x] Add integration entry point copy should be replaced with Add data and open the new Add data page.
[x] Get started entry point should open the new Add data page with the Logs use case selected.
[x] Install Metricbeat entry point copy should be replaced with Monitor infrastructure and should open the new Add data page with the Infrastructure use case selected.
[ ] Install Agent entry point copy should be replaced with Monitor application.

Explorer, Stream, Anomalies and Categories pages

[x] Add data entry point should open the new Add data page with Logs use case selected.

Inventory, Metrics Explorer and Hosts pages

[x] Add data entry point should open the new Add data page with the Infrastructure case selected.

Services, Traces, and Dependencies pages

Dashboard page

[ ] Remove the Add data entry point when the empty state is visible, as it's the same as clicking on the empty state CTA.

Install Agent entry point copy should be replaced with Monitor application.

This might be missing. This takes you to the APM tutorial:

Remove the Add data entry point when the empty state is visible, as it's the same as clicking on the empty state CTA.

We decided to punt on this because it was not a simple drop-in replacement.

I didn't notice this until now but I think it falls into the same category as the APM change I noted just above.

Add data button is not working in production. Needs review or needs to get removed.

I'm researching this right now with my team to see if there's some required pre-configuration for profiling to appear.

Were you testing it in local or cloud? After specifying a cloud id in my local the button works fine now.

It was in cloud. 8.14.1 - I'm guessing is not working cause the page is already open?

Hm, not good. Let me try it in Cloud and see if I can repro, might need to talk to the team some more.

I just checked in Cloud 8.14.2, looks ok to me, so I think we can check this one off.
