[Infra] Add Profiling Tab to the container views #184910

We want to add the Universal Profiling tab to the container details view (similar to the host view). See this comment for some context

@roshan-elastic I remember that we discussed that we should descope the profiling tab and not include it in the Container view (At least in the scope of this Epic). Should we move this issue to the backlog and remove it from the epic?

Some notes based on what I checked so far: I checked the host view implementation and what we need to decide what we want to show for containers. Also, all the filters and links are currently set to use the host fields - they need to be changed to accept container id as well. We also need to check how to test profiling with container data and how to set it up locally/using obs cluster. So I think we will need some time to figure that out so I don't think we can be ready with that as part of this epic.
