[ResponseOps][AlertsTable] Add grouping support for the alerts table in the stack #186453

In https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/184398 we implemented the tools to support grouping in the alerts table. This was work done by the security solution already supported in its table. We should use the components we implemented in 8.15 to add grouping in the alerts table in the stack.
