[APM] Improve APM Waterfall UX with many spans #186984

Related to https://github.com/elastic/sdh-apm/issues/1390

In case there are a lot of spans with many children and different durations part of the waterfall items are not fully visible (The text cut off from the video in the issue is fixed - example) We can think about a horizontal scroll as an improvement only for the case with many spans / not fitting content

AC:

Make sure that all the spans (full spans including the text) are visible in the waterfall
The waterfall should have a horizontal scroll in case some spans are not visible on the screen
Add synthtrace scenario to test this
