The Search source Alert tests are failing when running against MKI projects.

Failures when running against Observability projects

Failing tests in the suite:

should navigate to alert results via link provided in notification
should display prev rule state after params update on clicking prev generated link
should display prev data view state after update on clicking prev generated link
should navigate to alert results via link provided in notification using adhoc data view
should display results after data view removal on clicking prev generated link
should display results after rule removal on following generated link

all with the same error message:

Additional information

The tests are currently commented out for Security projects
The after all hook failure comes from trying to clean up an alert and data view that have not been created yet (because the suite failed before the test code created these)
