[ResponseOps][Cases] Template's connector issues #187087

Issue 1: Current behaviour: When creating/editing a template, and selected JIRA connector > selected a parent issue for any issue type there is no error. But when creating a case with that template throws error for parent issue mismatch.

Expected behaviour: When JIRA connector added to template, filter out parent issues based on the issue type. When created case using that template with JIRA, there is no error from.

Issue 2: Current behaviour: JIRA issue type field throws error when empty while creating a template.

Expected behaviour: It doesn't throw error when JIRA's issue type field is empty.
