In recent SDHs we have had customers who have somehow deleted (or never created) the risk scores latest transform.
In this scenario the risk engine status page should show a very visible warning. Proposed enhancements:
risk engine status API returns status of the risk engine transform
risk engine status API returns counts from the risk engine indices to aid SDHs
risk engine status API returns which spaces the risk engine is installed in (is this a security/privileges issue?)
risk engine status API returns a list of plain text errors/warnings, this will mean support are able to clearly see what the issue is without our help, for example:
legacy risk engine and new risk engine are installed at the same time
risk engine transform doesnt exist
risk engine transform is stopped or errored
risk engine management page displays warnings from the risk engine status API
risk engine management page has a troubleshooting button which shows the plain API response with full status info (this will help with SDHs so we dont have to instruct the user to look in dev tools or perform a curl request)
Bonus - should this be a separate issue?
risk engine management page shows a repair installation button which reinstalls all assets for the new risk engine
risk engine management page has a cleanup button in the scenario where legacy and new risk engine assets are installed, this will clean up all legacy assets
