[Cloud Security] 2nd stage - conditional display for Source column and Findings table Wiz PLG info box

Summary

We want to hide the Source column for users with only 1 data source, and auto add it when there are multiple data sources installed. While adding this logic we should also take into account user's choice, if he decides to remove or display the column it should be preferred over our logic, and saved into local storage.

We also want to add similar logic to the 3P PLG info box above the findings table, it should only be automatically displayed only for users with 1 data source.

Definition of Done

• [ ] Source column is not displayed by default
• [ ] Source column is displayed by default when there are multiple data sources
• [ ] If a user selected this column or unselected this column manually, and save this decision to local storage, it should override any auto display we used (this leads to complicated decision making in the logic, messy code which is hard to maintain. i suggest to just display it by default and if the user change this state we just save it, i think we already do that anyway)
• [ ] 3P info box above the table only shows for users with a single data source
• [ ] If a user closes the box, we should keep that in local storage and not display it again
