[Fleet] Improve Visibility for Integration Title and Description #187375

Describe the feature: Fleet does not scale well with long formatted titles and descriptions making it very difficult see policies at a glance. Example:

Most of our policy names are not fully visible. It would be nice if Fleet was not so constrained as to make viewing policies a challenge.

Describe a specific use case for the feature: As a user of Fleet, I want to see all Policy Titles and Descriptions on my screen.

Hey @nicpenning, with 8.15 we have some improvements here:

Have a try once this cluster can be upgraded :)
