[Index Management] Creating enrich policies should allow selecting data streams #187438

With https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/pull/107291 we can now select data streams as source indices, whereas at the moment we only support indices and aliases.

Existing UI for reference:

cc @jovana-andjelkovic we could probably use some design help with this one. Maybe it's just a copy change, but we will need a way to convey to users that the list contains both data streams and indices.

Let's update the existing UI as follows:

Update the title of input field from Source indices -> Source
Use "groups" functionality to separate indices and data streams
Add hint text: "Select source indices and/or data streams." (validate copy w/ docs team as part of PR review)
