[Fleet] Detect breaking changes in integration change logs and flag them to users during integration upgrades #187481

Integration changelogs can include entries labeled as breaking, but we don't surface this in a meaningful way to users in the integrations UI. Currently, we only display a simple modal that reports the changelog as-is. We could enhance this flow such that any change labeled as breaking causes a warning in the upgrade flyout and the breaking change is surfaced obviously to the user. This would help users understand the risk level associated with a given integration upgrade.
