[Lens] Expose a "breakdown by" editable control within the embeddable #187728

Describe the feature:

Currently Discover or other solutions are showing a custom dropdown breakdown by control that the user can use to dynamicall change the configuration of the Lens chart. In some scenario it would be useful to quickly change only breakdown dimension over a chart.
