[Security Solution][DQD] CheckAll Error UI Overhaul (Phase 1) #188024

Given errors during "Check All" in DQD we get following error UI:

We need to improve the error UI.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Move from Popover to Flyout (?)
  2. Add "copy to clipboard" functionality for each table entry.
