[Security Solution][DQD] Index Check Error UI Overhaul (Phase 1) #188025

Given errors during individual index check in DQD we get following error UI:

We need to improve the error UI.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Add "copy to clipboard" into callout
  2. Position it inside latest check flyout.
  3. Add detailed error message
