[Discover][Extension] Dev Tools in Discover for Search context

Describe the feature:

Introduce a "Console" DevTools extension in the Discover tab of Kibana to provide a comprehensive search context and enhanced user debugging capabilities.

Search developers often need to debug and analyze their search queries in real-time. An integrated "Console" DevTools extension would allow users to:

• Execute complex queries and view immediate results.
• Debug and troubleshoot search issues without leaving the Discover interface.
• Seamlessly switch between ES|QL results or data views and query debugging, improving overall efficiency and user experience.

Proposed Solution:

Add a "Console" extension point within the Discover tab. This extension should include:

• A collapsible/expandable console panel within the Discover interface.
• The ability to execute queries directly within the console.
• Real-time query results and debugging information.
• Integration with existing Kibana DevTools features.

• Streamlined workflow: Users can perform all their search and debugging tasks within a single interface.
