Preconditions

• required ff 'securitySolutionNotesEnabled' should be enabled in kiban.yml

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to alert page
• click on notes icon along the alert menu
• observed the text "No notes have been created for this document"

Expected Result

• No notes have been created for this Alert
• instead of document you can mention this as alert for generalize the experience
