[Investigations][HTTP] - Explicitly set access for analyzer api

This issue is to address explicitly setting the access attribute for our analyzer api's as they are currently blocked in serverless and will most likely be that way for ess in 9.x per this issue. Currently api's without the attribute defined are defaulted to internal as of 8.9.

The api's to address are below:

• [ ] "access [internal] [POST] for path [/api/endpoint/resolver/tree]",
• [ ] "access [internal] [POST] for path [/api/endpoint/resolver/events]",
• [ ] "access [internal] [GET] for path [/api/endpoint/resolver/entity]",
• [ ] "access [internal] [POST] for path [/api/timeline/_copy]",
