Kibana version: main/serverless-observability-qa

Browser version: Chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from qa

Describe the bug: Once user selects alerts and marks them as untracked, they can go back and click on untracked again on those same alerts. Can we grey out this action for this usecase?
