When attaching ML embeddables to a new case the create case flyout opens. In the flyout, you can set the case fields. The "Assignees" field is missing while in other solutions exists. The reason is that cases need the license service to determine if the user has the correct license to use assignees (Assignees are offered in Platinum+). Because the service is absent in ML, cases do not show the "Assignees" field.
