Problem The inline Markdown editor has two usability problems that need to be fixed before releasing to production:

Save and Cancel options overlap with each other when the editor is very small
Users have no way to Preview their changes before saving them

Solution

Save and Cancel will be floating options (blocked until hover actions are merged)
IncludeEditor and Preview floating options

@teresaalvarezsoler We need to carefully consider this to be aligned with the scope and functionalities we have in Markdown. I really prefer avoid having again multiple experiences to write markdown, one just with text and the other with text + data.
