AI Assistant settings landing page

When the assistant is enabled the AI Assistant landing page shows an active solution card that is clickable and leads the user to the relevant Stack Management pages.

Current implemented view

We've added a Manage Settings button to this card with the latest UI updated. This button should also be inactive when the card is inactive too (and the Assistant is not enabled).

Hi @angorayc, I see that the disabled state looks different in Figma vs. what's currently in production and its possible that the Figma library on my end is out of date. I'll look into this and post an update here.

I say we go ahead with the implemented update with hiding the button instead.
