[ML] Hanging Anomaly Charts embeddable with many data points #189298

Kibana version: main

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior: Anomaly Charts embeddable takes significant time to load, and the page is unresponsive to any action, e.g. click, resize, scroll etc.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install the Kibana Sample Data eCommerce
  2. Create a recognized Anomaly detection job for Kibana Sample Data eCommerce
  3. Go to Anomaly Explorer and select this job
  4. Select some cells on the Anomaly Swim Lane
  5. Attach appeared Anomaly Charts to a dashboard
  6. Go to dashboard and try to perform any action
