[Unified search] [ES|QL] "Run" button switches to "Refresh" for a sec and then to "Cancel" #189702

Kibana version: 8.13++

Describe the bug:

When the Cancel request button got implemented we didn't notice that if you click Run the state goes: Run --> Refresh --> Cancel

It should be Run --> Cancel
