[Dashboard usability] Filters are lost in between sessions #189710

Description The dashoard filter pills, KQL queries and controls are lost when users change sessions.

Expected behaviour Users expect their filters to be persistent across sessions.

How to reproduce it:

  1. Open a dashboard in view mode and add a filter pill, query and select any value in controls
  2. Close the tab
  3. Go to the list view and open the dashboard
  4. The filter pill and query are gone and the control shows an error
