[Feature Request] Add Alert Visualization #189926

Describe the feature: Provide a way to visualize observability rules/alerts within a custom dashboard. Similar to SLO visualization

Describe a specific use case for the feature: Instead of clicking different links to the alert homepage, we would prefer to visualize the alerts to keep it in one central plane. Examples of others;
