[map][dashboard] map layers disappear from map panel when using session storage to continue editing a dashboard #190468

Steps

  1. install sample web logs data
  2. Open dashboard listing page
  3. create new dashboard
  4. Click "Add from library" and select "[Logs] Total Requests and Bytes"
  5. Close "Add from library" flyout. Notice how map panel has 4 layers Screenshot 2024-08-13 at 4 24 41 PM
  6. Click "Dashboards" in the bread crumbs to go back to dashboard listing page
  7. Click "Continue editing" on dashboard listing page Screenshot 2024-08-13 at 4 27 47 PM
  8. Notice how map panel now only has a single layer Screenshot 2024-08-13 at 4 25 40 PM
