[Cloud Security] [Agentless] [Milestone 1] render Setup Technology Selector based on deployment mode

Motivation

Currently, the CSP integration's custom UI has a condition to render the SetupTechnologySelector component based on the agentless feature flag only (xpack.fleet.agentless.enabled). In order to achieve consistency with the integration deployment mode spec this ticket aims to change the condition to render the SetupTechnologySelector component by checking if the feature flag is enabled and the integration has agentless deployment mode enabled.

Definition of done

• [ ] SetupTechnologySelector component is rendered when the agentless feature flag is enabled and the integration has deployment mode agentless enabled
• [ ] Add tests to cover the change

Out of scope

• Changes on the integration repository is out of scope
